Governance & Transparency
TerraTundra Foundation is a tax-exempt public charity recognized by Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). The Foundation is overseen by an experienced, independent Board of Directors which, on behalf of our donors and beneficiaries, is charged with governing our operations by monitoring our effectiveness and establishing overall strategy. Among other responsibilities, the Board will meet regularly to oversee policies which promote ethical, legal, and business integrity and accountability, review recommended grants of significant assets from our donor-advised fund(s), and oversee our financial position and investment policies and performance. A majority of the Directors are independent of Terra Fund Management.

TerraTundra Foundation is committed to transparency and financial accountability. The Foundation is designated as a public foundation and its registration number is 82129 5003.
